Our Story

A simple dream that grew into a community of love and learning.

Blooming Little Minds began during COVID, born out of a desire to give parents real, research-backed resources and strategies they could trust.

Not long after starting this project, I found out I was pregnant with my first child — and began my PhD program. I made the decision to pause Blooming Little Minds so I could focus on what mattered most at the time: becoming a first-time mom, finishing my doctorate, and continuing my work as a pediatric occupational therapist.

Four years later, I’ve completed my PhD — and I’m ready to bring this project back, with even more to offer.

Vision & Mission

Our Vision

A world where every parent feels confident, supported, and equipped with the knowledge to nurture their child’s development — where research and real life meet, and no family feels like they’re navigating it alone.

Our Mission

The Values That Guide Everything We Do

Compassion

I meet each family exactly where they are, without judgment, and with genuine empathy for their unique journey.

Connection

Strong relationships — between parent and child, therapist and family, and within family systems as a whole — are at the heart of meaningful growth.

Love

Every family I work with deserves to feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Growth

I believe in the potential for change and development at every stage, for children and parents alike.

Equality

Every family deserves access to quality information, support, and care, regardless of background or circumstance.
